Utilizing Plants in Three Ways
We strive for natural health and have herbal products available for your health and home. We also carry a line of natural candles that are very aromatic and long burning.
Our natural health department flows into natural healthcare. You can set up a consultation with our herbalist to discuss whatever health issue you may have. You might be given herbal remedies and suggestions how to improve your well-being or to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
This is a mother and daughter business established in 2000. We both love to work with plants in one aspect or another. We started a small greenhouse on our property when Serena was in her second year of college. Serena has been working in the greenhouse or floral industry since 1998. She worked her last two years of high school at a local nursery. Upon entering college she followed her career to a flower shop. She continued to work as a florist while in college with continuing that route until expanding our business in 2005. Serena has a degree in Floriculture and Horticulture.
Our business started in a small 16 x 30 greenhouse and has now expanded into two 100' greenhouses attached to a building which houses the floral design area and the practitioner's consultation room.
We grow many plants in the greenhouses from annuals to perennials to herbs to organic vegetables to propagating house plants and blooming plants. We also are in the production of growing year round culinary herbs for individual sale or institutional sale. Our vegetable plants continue their route here at our facility by planting their roots into our 3 acres of gardens. Fresh produce is for sale during the summer and fall seasons. In the near future we are planning on expanding by growing fresh vegetables in our greenhouse during the winter season. A fresh organic tomato in January!
